The Emax GT2826/04 is a 6.2 ounce, 1100KV, 700 watt outrunner brushless motor. It's a good choice for sport planes weighing 40 to 75 ounces, and 3D models weighing 35 to 55 ounces.
We suggest using a 3 cell Lipo battery that is rated for at least a 70 amp continuous discharge, such as an 11.1v 2200 50C to 11.1v 4200 50C. Good 4 cell Lipo choices would be 14.8v 2200 50C to 14.8v 3300 50C.
We recommend using a 60A to 80A Electronic Speed Control (ESC) with this motor.
The GT2826/04 comes with 4mm male connectors installed, and female connectors are included for your ESC.
MOUNTING OPTIONS: The GT2826/04 can be mounted in front of a firewall using the included X mount and rotor end prop adapter. It can also be mounted behind a firewall, using the included 5mm prop adapter to mount a prop on the motor shaft.
