Several programming options can be set with a Program Card
Here is a list of the programming options:
-- Motor brake: Comes pre-set with the brake turned off, so the propeller will spin freely when the plane is gliding (transmitter throttle off). Can be set to soft brake or hard brake for use with gliders.
-- Low voltage protection: Comes pre-set for motor cut-off at 6 volts. Seven other voltage settings are available, up to 18 volts (6 cell Lipo).
-- Type of motor cut-off: sudden or gradual. Comes pre-set for sudden motor shutdown.
-- Start-up mode: fast, soft or very soft. Comes pre-set for soft startup.
-- Motor timing: low, medium, high or automatic timing. Comes pre-set for automatic timing, which is suitable for most brushless motors.
-- Current limiting: Shuts down motor if amp draw is too high. Three settings available.
-- Governer Mode (Helicopter): Off, low or high. Comes pre-set with governer off.
