Understanding the receiver (Showing DSMX 6-channel non-diversity receiver)

How dual antennas work

An independent processor monitors an incoming signal and choose the appropriate antenna for reception. This allows 2 different location for installing the antennas along with different orientation. Satellite is no longer needed for receiver diversity. This greatly reduces weight with increased overall reliability in comparison to the use of a primary receiver with satellite receiver.

Photo showing below is the diversity receiver for end-pin stabilizer. The same diversity receiver is also used in this product.

Lemon receivers preferred
I've been using Lemon receivers as an affordable alternative to high priced DSM receivers for several years now. Lemon has never let me down in any application. I can fly my planes with confidence knowing that Lemons are made to a higher standard than the "other fruit" receivers out there. The lemons have been shown to operate under conditions that make other value priced receivers fail. Being able to get Lemon receivers from HeadsUp here in the States is a nice convenience over ordering direct from Lemon.

Mr.
I have 10 foam planes in my hangar. All but 1 have Lemon receivers in them. These little receivers are light and I have never had any issues whatsoever with any of my Lemon receivers. This receiver is very reliable and is considerably cheaper than the big brand name receivers. I love them and will continue to buy and use these Lemon receivers.

Love Lemon RX
Have had great experiences with Lemon RX. They are simple to bind, dependable and work flawlessly with my Spektrum TX. Failsafe was a snap to setup as well with red indicator light confirmation. Eventually, I will be removing most of my old receivers and migrating to Lemon.

Picked up two of these to give them a try. I have on of the Lemon stabilizer versions and am very pleased with that so I put one of these in my new JN4 Jenny and the range is outstanding. It bound to my DX8 gen2 without any problems. And it is super light.

Good price and reliability
One just can't beat these for price and reliability. These have worked every time for me without fail and the price of the Lemon receiver is affordable for all of us in the hobby.

the price is right
I got this because the rear facing connections was what fit best in my 3D foamy. So far it has been a good choice even though I had several 4-6 channel Spektrum receivers that I could have used with the top facing connectors. I may not feel good about using one on a giant scale gas warbird but for an electric foamy it works as advertised.

I’ve found the receiver to be glitch free. I’ve been using orange receivers, and have been noticing that every once in a while, the airplane will stop responding. Often it recovers, but after a few crashes, I’ve been discouraged. Along came the Lemon, which is highly recommended by some of my other club members. I’ve started using them and the planes have been glitch-free since. Worth the extra cost, and definitely a value, well made.

Excellent little, full range receiver. Very small, for all small foamies. Works well. I will buy more very soon. Recommended for any application where size is important.

Perfect receiver for smaller planes but strong enough for larger ones as well. Prefer this brand over other Spektrum compatible receivers. Price is RIGHT!

This is my first "diversity" receiver and it is going into the most expensive airplane I have ever owned (after 40 years of RC). That is because I have had good experiences with many other Lemon receivers and the reports on this one are as good as they can get.

Lemon Receiver
Very satisfied with the receiver as usual from Lemon. It makes it even better that I can get it from Heads Up RC. I just wish they would get the 10 channel receivers. That is the one I prefer too buy.
