The Power Up RD610 2.4 ghz 6 channel receiver is compatible with all DSM2 and DSMX aircraft radios. It's small size and light weight makes it ideal for small air frames.  Range is 2500 feet or more with proper installation.

*This receiver features a satellite port which will permit the installation of an expansion satellite receiver for increased range.

Important things to remember when installing and using any 2.4ghz receiver:

-- Keep away from other electrical components, such as the Motor, ESC and servos.
-- Turn on your transmitter before connecting power to the receiver (except when binding).
-- Provide reliable power to the receiver.
-- Carefully check all connections.
-- Perform a range check, as described in your transmitter manual.

The channel ports on this receiver are designed to accept Universal "S" connectors (JR connectors) and provide a very secure fit.  You may use Futaba connectors with this receiver, but you will need to shave the tabs off the side of the Futaba connectors in order to make them fit.

Note:

This receiver is compatible with Spektrum DSM2 amd DSMX radios, but it is not a Spektrum brand receiver. The Spektrum brand is a trademark of Horizon Hobbies USA.

Mr.
I have used many of these receivers. They work well on my gliders which are sometimes flown at extreme height looking for thermals and they work perfectly!

Mr
I have several of these receivers in my models, some with satellites and some without, and they have all worked flawlessly. Excellent receivers for a really decent price.

I have 3 of these receivers that I have swapped around among 5 or 6 planes for the last 6 mo. without a single problem. For the price you can't beat them.

After waiting ( for 4 weeks) for my LHS to get a Spektrum 6 Ch. receiver, I purchased several of these items and couldn't be happier. Bound one up on the first try and flew my new foamy.

Affordable not cheap
I've heard other pilots say don't use cheap receivers, referring to inferior quality. Power up receivers are not cheap, just not overpriced. I have these receivers in nearly every plane, and have flown many many flights without incident.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS RECEIVER . THE THING TO REMEMBER TO NOT STAND TO CLOSE TO THE RECEIVER WHEN BINDING. WORKS BETTER IF YOU ARE 7 TO 9 FT AWAY.

I design and build RC planes out of Corfam, usually have at least 15 planes flyable. All my planes are equipped with these receivers. So far, I've never had a problem with them in como with my Spektrum TXs

Just what I needed. Stupid me I put the servo lines in wrong and the light burned steady instead of flashing. Once I got that figured out what I was doing wrong the receiver works nicely. Binding was just as directions called for.

Love DSM2/DSMX powerup RX
Very good full range RX. Works DSM2 and DSMX. I had to try several times to set the failsafe to shut down the throttle because the ailerons would move to one side too. After a while it worked and used on a nitro plane worked as far as I could see it without a satellite RX. Bought more.

Power Up RD710 Receiver review
This is my first Power Up DSMX receiver as up until now I have been a tried and true LemonRX user. The Power up receiver so far has worked perfectly and seems to provide the same range and rock steady signal as the LemonRX receivers. I don't think you can beat the price for a true DSMX receiver. Will definitely purchase these in the future.

Mr.
These receivers are outstanding! I have been using them with my DX5 with no issues. I recently purchased a black DX6 and they bind up with no problems and look like they will work as well with my new transmitter. These are a very good quality receiver as a great price. Thaks

Disappointed
It finally bound to my Spektrum DX6e (with the satellite receiver disconnected, I think) bit it will not run twin motors. I tried many combinations with very odd results. My AR400 RX runs them just fine. I had hoped to use it on my Delta Ray brushless mod and was eager to see if the satellite added any range. I guess I won't be using it on my Dynam Skybus or Multiplex Twinstar either. Maybe I can put it in a park flyer and buzz around the playground...
