Registered customers can accumulate reward points and redeem those points for other products.
Reward points are assigned to all products priced at $10 or more, and the number of points assigned to a product depends on the price of the product (the higher the value of the product, the higher the number of points).
Most products have an associated point redemption value. These products will be available for redemption based on the number of points accumulated by the customer. For example, if an item has a redemption value of 20 points, and you have at least 20 points accumulated in your customer account, you can redeem 20 of your points for purchase of the product.
Products that have assigned redemption point values may only be redeemed for points or for normal sale; in other words, points cannot be used in conjunction with cash to purchase an item.
Additional points may also be awarded as part of special store promotions, and may also be awarded by our staff in lieu of store credit at the request of the customer in situations when store credit would be applicable.
Customers may track their reward points through the customer account, including a detailed log of point origination, point redemption and point balance.
Customers may view a list of redeemable items when logged into the customer account. The list includes the product and the redemption value.
Reward points are not transferable and have no cash value.
