The Sky Power 12 amp Electronic Speed Control with switchmode BEC works with most brushless motors and can be used with LiPo, LiFe and NiMh batteries. It comes preset for use with 2, 3 or 4 cell LiPo batteries, and auto detects the number of cells. No programming changes are needed for most applications. The built-in 3 amp Switchmode Battery Elimination Circuit (SBEC) will power up to 6 standard size servos or 8 sub-micro servos, eliminating the need for a separate BEC or receiver battery pack. This ESC has a male JST battery connector and 2.0mm female bullet connectors installed.  A set of three 2.0mm male bullet connectors and shrink tube are included for use with your motor if it does not already have matching connectors.

Used this ESC in a scratch built EDF40 Yak 23 jet. Works well, with a video and build link on You Tube under: Yak23 EDF40 24" span

Perfect for my 280 size Viking bile which has a stock ESC that would overheat and have a thermal shutdown. This one works right as it comes out of the package.

Mr.
The Sky Power 12 A Esc is working well in my foam airplanes. The throttle seems linear and when not subjected to the maximum amperage of 12 A does not over heat or operate poorly. This is a good inexpensive unit.

Mr.
Item arrived ahead of time and in perfect shape. I installed it and bound it to my radio, 10 flights later and it is working like a charm. I am flying a 3D biplane and 3S battery, the esc stays cool to the touch, and I expect it to work endlessly
