Part Number:G-700
These high-density Blue LED light strips are super bright and easy to use. There are 60 LED's per strip. The strips have adhesive on the back and are flexible, which makes them super easy to attach to airplanes, helicopters, multi-rotor copters, or just about anything for that matter. Every third LED has a connection, so you can cut the strip to your required length and you can even daisy chain different colors together by soldering leads to any positive and negative contact anywhere on the strip.

While these LED lights can be run off a 2 cell (7.4v) lipo battery, they are at their optimum brightness when using a 3 cell (11.1v) lipo battery.

A JST Connector Lead - Female Housing (sold separately) can be soldered to the light strip and used in conjunction with a T-Plug BEC/Lighting Tap with JST Connector (male)(sold separately) to power the lights directly from a 3 cell 11.1v flight battery.  (Please see illustrations below)

1.   Solder the JST Connector Lead - Female Housing to the positive and negative contacts on the LED strip.

2.  Connect the JST Connector Lead - Female Housing to a T-Plug/BEC JST Lighting Tap

3.  Connect the T-Plug/BEC JST Lighting Tap into your plane's power sytem between the flight battery and ESC.

(battery, ESC, JST Connector Lead and Lighting Tap sold separately)

An alternate method for powering the LED strip is to solder the red (positive) and black (negative) leads of a 3S Female JST/XH 4 Pin 4" Connector to the positive and negative contacts on the LED strip.  The LED strip can then be powered through the JST/XH plug of your flight battery.

Flexible Blue LED Strip
I like the width of these LED strips. The blue color is very bright. I put these in my night flyer by first cutting out a slot 4 times wider than the strip. I made a deeper slot for the strip and put it in the slot after exposing the self-adhesive back. I covered the wider slot with Dollar Tree foam and glued it in place. I used blue plastic tape to streamline the surface. The blue tape reflects and extends the blue color on the plane's surface.
